Platform

One system for the work between a click and a customer.

Vantis isn't a dashboard bolted onto your tools. Acquisition, CRM, pipeline, tasks, reporting and automation share one data model, so each part knows what the others know.

The system

Six modules. One record of what happened.

Each module does one job well, and hands its result to the next. That handoff is what disconnected tools can't do.

  1. 01

    Acquisition

    Where demand comes from

Read-only Google Ads and Meta Ads connections, tracked forms and Meta lead ads. Every lead keeps the campaign, UTM tags or click ID it arrived with.

→ Feeds new leads into the CRMMore
  2. 02

    CRM

    Who your customers are

Companies, contacts, leads, notes and activity in one searchable record. Duplicate submissions are caught, so the same enquiry isn't entered twice.

→ Qualified leads convert to opportunitiesMore
  3. 03

    Sales pipeline

    What's likely to close

Opportunities move across stages from New Lead to Won or Lost, with value, owner and expected close date on every card.

→ Won and lost outcomes flow to reportingMore
  4. 04

    Tasks

    Who does what next

Follow-ups attached to the lead, contact or opportunity they belong to, with due dates, owners and a clear view of what's overdue.

→ Task events can trigger automationsMore
  5. 05

    Reporting

    How the business is performing

Six-month trends, win rate, pipeline by stage and task completion, alongside acquisition cost and return on ad spend where spend is connected.

→ Read by owners and leadershipMore
  6. 06

    Automation

    What happens without being asked

Trigger-and-action rules on lead, opportunity and task events: create a task, log activity on the record, or hand off to an external workflow.

→ Acts on events from every moduleMore

Every morning

Start the day from the same page.

The dashboard pulls from every module at once: new and qualified leads, open pipeline value, won revenue, ad spend against leads, and a short list of what needs attention: stale leads, overdue follow-ups, unassigned leads and opportunities without a next step.

Nobody has to assemble it. It's simply what the workspace already knows.

Reporting

Reports that stay current because nobody builds them.

Trends, win rate, pipeline by stage and task completion are calculated from the same records your team works in every day, so the report and the reality can't drift apart.

Workspaces

Built for teams, with every business kept separate.

Each business gets its own workspace with its own data, pipeline and team. People join by invitation, with a role that sets what they can change. Running more than one business or brand? Each has its own workspace, so their numbers never mix.

Roles
Owner
Everything in the workspace, including owner changes.
Admin
Everything except granting or changing the owner role.
Staff
Read the workspace; create and edit CRM records and tasks.

Workspace data is isolated at the database

Every record belongs to one workspace, and row-level security in the database enforces it, not just the application. Advertising connections are read-only and their access tokens are stored encrypted.

AI Copilot

Plain-language summaries of what the workspace already shows, and drafted follow-ups. It is in development and not part of the platform customers use today.
